Philosophy - Keep It Simple

The building blocks of a web site consist of your goals, ease of navigation, communication of the ideas, infrastructure to attract the attention of the search engines, and attention to timeliness completion of the task.

If your goal is to simply give out information, then I will build and organize your site so that your visitors will easily find the information available to them.

If your goal is to sell products, then the site is built and organized so that the customer will easily make a buying decision and follow it through to purchase.

We have all visited and left sites because it was confusing or the presentation was such that you didn’t feel comfortable buying from them.

In my studies and research of the internet, I have learned that the most successful sites are the least complicated and lead the visitor to the ultimate goal of the owners of the web site.

Search Engines – being found and highly ranked
I am sorry to say that most webmasters try to make a work of art that is fun for them to build, but it doesn’t actually meet the ultimate goal of the web site owner. Also, most web masters are not educated in search engine optimization. Sure, they throw out the term “meta tags” to you, but that is usually as far as they go. There is an entire method of building a web site’s infrastructure that will make a web site “search engine friendly.”

I believe in putting the energy of the web site into the ultimate goal of web site. If you are selling a product, the bulk of the work is done in sales and marketing technique and not technology that can be expensive or unnecessary. I will listen to your needs and limitations. If you are on a tight budget, we can easily work with that, even with an ecommerce site. I can also set up your site so you are not locked into certain elements of your site, like shopping carts, etc.

Your Web Site and Needs are Unique

One of the great things about the internet is that you can post your individual presence. This is your opportunity to say what you are all about. I will pay very close attention to who you are and what you want to accomplish. We will work together as a team to create the web site that you desire. I limit the amount of work that I take on at a time, so that I can devote my energies to your project and respect your time.

Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to creating a satisfying and successful presence on the internet for you.
